Xiaoyu Zhu

Dr. Xiaoyu Zhu is the Executive Director of Beijing Capital Technology Development Group Co. Ltd. She has worked at the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and its affiliated organizations for over 20 years and possesses rich experience in evaluation and management of technology systems and projects, analysis of high-end advanced industries, policy making and equity investment in the science and technology industry. Dr. Zhu has played an integral role in promoting and implementing the technology transfer system and FinTech of Beijing. She has led the establishment of Beijing's big data platform for high-end advanced industries, and also led the investment in several major technology transfer projects. Dr. Zhu received her degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
